  I was really lost with how to fix a problem with my laptop. I contacted Andy and he was really helpful from start to finish. He even picked up my laptop for me.   Had a laptop which we had been told needed a new motherboard. Andy quicky identified an issue with a bad update and fixed it for return the next day.  Saved us a fortune on an unneccessary repair bill. Took care to check it was working and returned it to us good as new. Highly recommend!

  Discovered Andy IT by searching locally and despite a number of calls to other IT support companies he was the only one to respond, and quickly.

Initially contact was to replace an aged hard drive which I asked him to advise best option, purchase, install and commission - again actioned quickly.

I desperately needed his assistance again due to a serious scamming attack. This resulted in placing my PC and lap top in his hands at his office for a few days which he  interrogated, additional security added and lap top upgraded. Not unreasonable costs and remote charges in 15minute periods.

All working perfectly and now have his direct secure access if required.

I have visited his offices (residence) on a couple of occasions and seen him at work.

I no longer use my original IT support which was expensive.. if I need assistance in future my action will be clear - call Andy.

Clearly he has demonstrated  his knowledge and background experience  based on his help to in past months. If you are looking for 'help' I highly recommend him as a capable, trustworthy and likeable guy

  Andy has saved both my laptop and printer.

The laptop had a proper ’blue screen’ moment.  Andy was able to recover it and sort out all the required updates

My printer was completely jammed and would not print at all.  Andy repaired it within a couple of days.
